Lost and Found Policy - Lis Baixa

If you lose or find any item within our premises, please contact reception.

All found items are registered and stored securely. Electronic and IT devices are handled with special care and are never accessed.

Return is made upon identification of the owner. Perishable items or items that cannot be safely stored will be disposed of immediately.

General items are kept for 90 days and electronic / IT devices or documents for 180 days.

After this period, items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of appropriately.
